I started my Art Of Living class
again and yesterday in class I learnt a way to save myself.
We constantly hear about ways of saving the planet, save water, save electricity; what about saving your self from the mess in your mind. Here are some emotions/reactions that will help you from emotional damage.
1. Be friendly towards happy people
2. Be happy for people that are doing good/well.
3. Show compassion to unfortunate people.
4. Be indifferent towards bad.
When you praise someone, you take on their good karma. When you blame someone, you take on their bad karma ~ Sri Sri Ravishankar
